Purpose of processing (aim and legal basis)
Your personal information collected by InTech in the forms of the en-virtuel platform is subject to computerized processing for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of this platform within the context of an event and/or the use of a job board offered by managers.
Your information is transmitted for statistical purposes to the platform managers but also allows the representatives on the platform to electronically manage your participation record, process your requests, questions, qualify your application based on your CV if necessary, verify information provided on the basis of publicly available information, put you in touch with the services adapted to your needs, etc.
During an event and in case it has conferences, you may be invited to ask questions on your behalf that are visible to the speakers and other visitors.
During the events, instant messaging may also be offered to you to exchange privately with the speakers of a booth, or publicly with the members of the booth and other visitors. Your information will be visible for identification purposes.
InTech also collects personal data that you may communicate during your exchanges without any further use by us.
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest - see Article 6.U of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR" - EU Regulation 2016/679) on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. -

Recipients & Security of your personal data
The personal data collected and processed by InTech through the en-virtuel platform are exclusively intended for use by the representatives on the platform and managers of the latter. Only authorized persons involved in the recruitment management process will have access to your personal data.
InTech implements security measures that are appropriate and reasonable considering the risks presented by the processing, in order to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and other unlawful processing. Your data is stored securely in an EU or EEA country. -
Retention period of your personal data
The data will be stored for a period of 2 years after the date of the last activity of the user in the European data centers of the platform host and then deleted. The length of time that personal information is retained by representatives on the platform is solely dependent on the data protection policies of their respective employers. InTech expects representatives to comply with data protection regulations but cannot be held responsible if they do not.

Your rights
You can access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete or request its deletion if it is obsolete. You also have the right to object, the right to limit the processing of your data, as well as the right to definitive deletion of data ("right to be forgotten").
You can exercise your rights free of charge, directly on the en-virtuel platform by logging into your personal account (under the heading "Log in"), or by contacting our DPO at the address above. To ensure a secure response, a copy of both sides of a valid ID may be required to be included with your request.
InTech will provide a response within a maximum of one month of receiving your duly completed request.
If you consider, after having contacted InTech, that your rights are not respected or that this processing does not comply with the data protection rules, you can lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), via their website www.cnpd.lu.
